Some people know me as Soreiya—a name that found me as my work evolved and my understanding of healing expanded. Together, they represent different expressions of the same journey: one grounded in clinical understanding, the other rooted in deep listening, intuition, and the transformative power of music and embodied experience. I am a licensed therapist, guide, and creator of the Soul Song Integration Method™ For years, I believed my professional training and my spiritual path were separate. One offered research, theory, and clinical understanding. The other offered mystery, movement, presence, and lived experience. Over time, I discovered they were never asking me to choose between them. They were inviting me to build a bridge. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, nervous system awareness, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems-informed practices, embodiment, and years of supporting people through healing and life transitions. Alongside that professional foundation, I found myself continually drawn to something that words alone could not explain. Music. Again and again, I watched songs open conversations that had remained silent for years. I witnessed rhythm helping people reconnect with their bodies, movement expressing what language could not, and carefully sequenced music supporting moments of insight, integration, and transformation. What began as curiosity gradually became a philosophy. Then a practice. And eventually, the Soul Song Integration Method™. Today, my work brings together science and soul, structure and intuition, reflection and movement. Whether I’m facilitating a Soul Song Ceremony, teaching the science behind music and the nervous system, leading a retreat, or holding space in a one-to-one session, my intention is always the same: To create the conditions where people can remember who they are, embody what they discover, and carry that wisdom into everyday life. I don’t believe transformation belongs only in extraordinary moments. I believe it lives in the ordinary ones. In the conversations we choose to have. In the way we respond when life becomes difficult. In the courage to begin again. In the quiet decision to keep listening. If my work offers anything, I hope it offers a place where you feel safe enough to slow down, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to trust your own inner wisdom.
