The Soul Song Ceremonies are free weekly gatherings on Insight Timer designed to support that return. Each ceremony offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and experience one of the developmental pathways within the Soul Song Integration Method through intentionally sequenced music, guided movement, reflection, and shared presence.

You don’t need to know the entire method before joining.

You don’t need to have attended the week before.

You don’t need to be in a particular season of life.

You simply begin where you are.

Some weeks you may feel called to return to yourself.

Some weeks you may be exploring trust, courage, or the sacred woven through everyday life.

Other weeks you may simply need space to breathe, move, and remember that you are not walking alone.

Every ceremony is complete in itself, while also belonging to a larger living journey.

The Integration Ceremonies (Coming Soon)

The Ground invites you to settle into the present moment and reconnect with your foundation.

The Thread creates space to receive what has emerged and allow it to gently integrate.

The Mirror offers an opportunity to reflect on what has shifted, what is being asked of you now, and how your life is becoming the practice itself.

These three guided ceremonies are always free on Insight Timer and may be returned to whenever you need them. Think of them as rest areas along a pilgrimage—places to pause, breathe, and reconnect before continuing your journey.
